This new build home in the sunshine coast hinterland enjoys an elevated position and views to the surrounding treetops. Although being elevated, the surrounding trees do limit natural sunlight to the home. As such, the design of the home has been intentionally planned to maximise natural sunlight and outlook to all rooms. An L-shaped, north-eastern oriented building with a primary suite occupying the entire upper level floods the internal spaces with natural light. The thoughtfully curated floor plan also aligns all spaces to the rear yard and the outlook to the trees beyond.
