Baker

Perched on the hills of Teneriffe, this existing Queenslander had lost much of its original character through a series of unsympathetic renovations over the years. Our task was to carefully reinstate the charm and detail of the original home, while modernising the interiors and elevating the level of finish to better reflect its prestigious location.

Although primarily cosmetic in nature, the works also include a considered rearrangement of the internal spaces to improve flow, functionality and the connection between rooms. The result is a refined family home that celebrates its Queenslander heritage while providing a more contemporary and personalised living experience for our clients.
